What is a(n) SAM file?
SAM (Ami Pro Document) is a file format used by the word processing application Ami Pro, which was originally developed by Lotus Software and eventually owned by IBM. It stores text documents and other document elements such as images, drawings, tables, and more. It can save with a .sam filename extension, and is often used to share documents between different versions of Ami Pro.
