KDBX (KeePass Password Database) is an encrypted database file used by the KeePass password manager. It uses a combination of AES and Twofish encryption algorithms to protect user data such as account names, passwords, website credentials, and more. KDBX files are compatible with all KeePass versions released to date, including the open source versions.
