The CLD (Canon CD Label Template) file format is used to store templates for printing and labeling paper labels for CD or DVD discs. It contains vector maquette artwork created in Canon Easy-PhotoPrint Pro, an application included with some Canon printers. CLD contains labels which can be customized with text and other elements.

Files may contain various panels used to print CD/DVD labels, such as the disc face panel, tray panel, spine panel, hub circle panel, and back panel. CLD files can be printed on Canon High Resolution Papers or other suitable paper with printers that support Canon's ChromaLife100 color technology for high quality printing.
