What is a(n) CDX file?
The CDX file (CorelDRAW Compressed Drawing file) is a vector image format developed by Corel Corporation. It is used to create and save vector graphics in CorelDRAW. Vector graphics are made up of mathematical equations that define points, lines, curves and shapes, and which can be resized without losing image quality. CDX files are much smaller than standard CorelDRAW (CDR) files, due to their compression, which enables faster downloading and printing.
CDX files are viewable with the CorelDraw Graphics Suite X7 on Windows, and can be exported to other graphic formats such as JPG and PNG.
